Newly Designed Versatile Hot Melt Unit
AXCO proudly introduces the newly designed, all-electric AX-15 hot melt unit. The AX-15 offers versatility and ease of use for packaging and product assembly applications. The AX-15 can support one or two heated supply hoses for a wide variety of hot melt applications, including manual or automatic operations.

Accurate Temperature Control
A digital control panel with key pad allows operators to easily control and monitor the temperature of the hose, applicator and melt tank. Each temperature zone has an RTD sensor for precise temperature control of ±1% Fahrenheit of full scale. Over-temperature and pump warm-up protections are standard and a temperature set back feature reduces adhesive degradation during operator breaks.

Flexible and Durable Design
With a durable, heavy-gauge steel chassis, the AX-15 supports a wide variety of bead or spray handguns. A powerful 86rpm motor can produce pump rates up to 110 pounds per hour. With a proven motor/pump drive train, the AX-15 will provide years of optimum performance.
