Benchmark® 315

The Benchmark 315 blends high-performance with low cost to create the ultimate hot melt handgun system for single work-cell assembly applications. Pre-assembled and ready-to-run right out of the crate, the Benchmark 315 has a modular 15-lb. capacity melt tank and full featured microprocessor control. It can be equipped with an 8, 12, or 16 ft. hose and any of HMT’s handguns and nozzles. Easy to operate and maintain. 120vac operation.

Easy Set-up and Operation

Benchmark HP Systems are shipped to you pre-assembled and ready to run. Simply plug them into a 120-volt power supply, add the adhesive, and turn on the main power. Wait 30 minutes, and you're ready to dispense adhesive. It's that simple!

Versatility

Benchmark HP Systems have been used in just about every hot melt application out there! They can dispense from up to two hoses with handguns or automatic guns... bead or spray. And there is virtually no limit to the type of adhesive you can use in these systems. With their high output steel gear pumps coupled with high-torque drive motors, Benchmark HP Systems really perform!

Control

To control the power of these systems, all Benchmark HP's utilize the equally powerful but simple-to-use Benchmark System Control. The run temperature of the tank and each hose and gun zone can be precisely set to assure application temperature. The run temperature and status of each zone is constantly monitored to assure accuracy and safety. With the standard auto-standby and auto-off safety timers, the HP shuts itself down even if you forget to. And with HMT's exclusive "wake up" timer, standard on all HP applicators, your HP System can automatically start-up and be ready to run when you need it.
