ProFlex Systems are custom built from a selection of heavy duty, modular and interchangeable components to fit your precise application and process requirements. This means you start with the exact system you want – with the assurance that you can readily reconfigure your system to meet future needs.

We work with you to evaluate your process and application requirements. Together, we measure your pump output needs; we measure your adhesive melt rate and usage rate; we choose the optimum melt tank type and capacity. We determine the correct hose lengths, the appropriate guns, and the nozzles to meet your deposition requirements. Finally, we couple the selected components to our ProFlex Genesys microprocessor control package.

ProFlex® Hot Melt System Specs

Pre-Tested And Ready To Set-up

Each ProFlex® system comes to you pre-tested and ready to run. We can even load it with adhesive of your choice. Attach it to the appropriate power source and you are ready to start.

Built Tough For Years Of Dependability

All ProFlex® series components are mounted to a 10 gauge, cold rolled steel platform. Melt tanks are heavy gauge, extruded, circular aluminum. Pumps are designed for intermittent or continuous operation and utilize hardened steel spur gears.

Easy To Operate With Tamper-Resistant Controls

ProFlex® hot melt systems use the GenesysTM process control box mounted on the steel platform. This completely isolates the temperature controls from any heated component assuring long service life and performance reliability. Temperature and process controllers are located behind the secured front panel in order to keep meddling fingers out. The system monitors temperatures and helps assure safe operation.
