The new all-electric AX-10 Hot Melt Unit. Designed for use in packaging and product assembly, the AX-10 offers substantial cost-savings over other methods such as tape, cold glue or metal fasteners and can bond many types of substrates, including cardboard, fabric, glass, rubber foam and plastic.

• Versatile and Upgradeable

The AX-10 excels in ease of use and versatility. The AX-10 can accommodate one or two hoses for either manual or automatic guns. With the AX-360 Handgun, the operator can apply hot melt glue quickly and safely. Further, the AX-10 is fully upgradeable and can be retrofitted from one gun to two, as production requirements increase.

• Reliable and Powerful

The AX-10 features a reliable flow control valve that enables the operator to easily adjust the hot melt flow. The temperature controls are securely located behind the front panel to assure a dependable application. A powerful 44rpm motor coupled with a 30mm pump maximize flow rates to the gun, delivering up to 60 pounds of adhesive per hour.

• Easy to Maintain

The slick Teflon™ coated tank keeps char and hot melt degradation to a minimum. This allows continuous quality of glue application, as well as limiting the wear and tear of normal usage by keeping parts clear of char buildup.
