Axco AX10 Hot Melt Unit
The new all-electric AX-10 Hot Melt Unit. Designed for use in packaging and product assembly, the AX-10 offers substantial cost-savings over other methods such as tape, cold glue or metal fasteners and can bond many types of substrates, including cardboard, fabric, glass, rubber foam and plastic.

With the AX-360 Handgun, the operator can apply hot melt glue quickly and safely. | The slick Teflon™ coated tank keeps char and hot melt degradation to a minimum. This allows continuous quality of glue application, as well as limiting the wear and tear of normal usage by keeping parts clear of char buildup. |

Introducing the new all-electric AX-15 Hot Melt Unit. For over 30 years AXCO has provided reliable hot melt machines and parts for automatic and handgun systems. With this wealth of experience, AXCO proudly introduces the newly designed, all-electric AX-15 hot melt unit.

| A digital control panel with key pad allows operators to easily control and monitor the temperature of the hose, applicator and melt tank. Each temperature zone has an RTD sensor for precise temparature control of +/-1% Fahrenheit of full scale. Over-temperatire and pump warm-up protections are standard and a temperature set back feature reduces adhasive degradation during operator breaks. |

Axco AX150 All Electric Hot Melt Gun
New -- The MODEL AX80 - All Electric - HOT MELT GUN.

- One thermostat controls all temperature settings up to 400º F.
- Most Hot Melts can be used. No special slugs are required to fill up the Hot Melt chamber. Simply remove the filler cap when the unit is hot, and refill.
- Suspension of the unit over a workbench or on an assembly line is facilitated by the provision of an eyehook, to which a spring balance can be attached. (Optional Extra)
- The drip-free dispensing nozzle itself can be changed over to another size in under a minute.
